About IPI

We are a group of friends and real estate investors who decided to get together and have a place where other investors could go to learn more about real estate investing, and be around other people with like goals.  Our office opened in November of 1997.

Our facility serves as a classroom and office space for members.  Our classes teach getting started in real estate investing as well as specialized areas of our ever-growing business.   We have meetings each month that include guest speakers and group brainstorming about deals.

Meetings & Events

Indy Property Investors holds two meeting per month. They are the second   Thursday and fourth Thursday of the month.  The second Thursday the meeting location is at the Quality Inn located at 3534 N. Shadeland Avenue. Ballroom 1.

The times for both meetings are from 6 PM to 9 PM. The cost is $10.00 per person.

The fourth Thursday of the month the meetings are at the same time but shall be located at the office at 4447 N Franklin Road. 

  August 19 (saturday) at the Ramada Inn at the Airport we will have Robyn
 Thompson here to speak. She is from Conn. and is the "REHAB QUEEN".  Robyn
 repaired and sold 52 houses in 1999. She will speak from 3 pm to 7 P.M. and
 will talk about rahabbing homes and getting people financed out to get your
 cash.  The cost for this special event is $49.00 per person. The door open at
 2:00.
 
     August 24 will be a "help session" at our office at 4447 N Franklin Road,
 Indianapolis. The cost is $10.00 per person. This is a smaller meeting where
 we can give more one on one help.
 
     September 9 we will have our monthly meeting from 3 PM to 6 PM. The guest
 speaker has not been chosen yet. The meeting will be held at the office (4447
 N Franklin Rd) Cost is $10.00 per person at the door.
 
     Sept. 21 is the September "help session". From 6 pm - 9 pm at 4447 N
 Franklin Road.
