Mission Statement
The Kansas City Investment Group is a not-for-profit educational organization founded to benefit real estate investors and landlords. Annual membership dues are $50 per
couple or $40 per individual. Membership includes the monthly newsletter. A newsletter subscription can be purchased separately for $20 per year.

Meetings
Regular business meetings are held on the fourth Thursday of each
month at the Prairie Village Community Center, 7720 Mission Rd., Prairie
Village, KS. Please note that meeting place and dates are subject to
change. Please call to verify meeting schedule. The primary objective of KCIG is to support and encourage the success of our members. This
is best done through education and networking. Educational and networking programs work best with active and enthusiastic members. We desire to recruit new members and support our current members. If you have not
renewed your membership yet, we encourage you to do so. If you have not been attending regularly, we are inviting you to take advantage of what KCIG has to offer. Guests are invited to attend the informal monthly
business meeting. Time is provided for networking and sharing information. A guest speaker will give a presentaion on topics of interest to real estate investors and landlords. Contact Info
