Our Mission

To provide a means by which Landlords shall associate themselves to combat urban decay, undesirable non-rent paying and destructive tenants; To promote the welfare of Landlords through dissemination of current legislative actions affecting independent landlords, and to assist landlords with their operations through educational programs.

Membership Info

Any individual who owns or manage property consisting of at least one residential rental unit in Douglas County, Kansas may apply for membership in The Landlords of Lawrence, Inc. Each applicant is required to:
   a. have expressed a willingness to subscribe to the aims and purposes of this association.
   b. shall be sponsored by a least two members of the association in good standing.
   c. complete and turn in membership application with application fee of fifteen dollars and membership dues of thirty five dollars Managers must manage property of a member of this association in good standing and will be a non-voting member.
