     Metro East Landlord Association meets in Illinois but serves both Missouri and Illinois members in the St. Louis Area.

Meetings and Events

    MELA meets on the first Monday of each month at the American Legion
Hall in Collinsville, IL. 1022 Vandalia Street (Rt. 159). The September meeting is held on the Tuesday after the first Monday due to Labor Day Holiday. Registration begins at 6:30 P.M. and the program begins at 7:00 P.M.  To determine what's on the upcoming program you may call one of the directors listed below. Guest fee is $5.00, members free.

Membership dues are $30.00 per year for one person or $40.00 for
two persons from the same address. To become a member, mail your name, address, phone number and check to the President, Donn Schaefer, 5937 Memory Ln, Belleville, IL 62223. Make check payable to Metro East Landlords Association. email 1buyhouses@email.msn.com.
