About MREIA

MREIA is New Jersey's largest not-for-profit member-sponsored real estate investors group. MREIA's purpose is to aid, train, educate, motivate and share information relating to all aspects of investing and making money in real estate. MREIA is dedicated to all levels of real estate entrepreneurs from "wannabes" to the sophisticated investors.  Serving the New Jersey Metro Area.

Meetings & Events

MREIA meets the third Tuesday monthly at the Kenilworth Inn, Kenilworth, NJ immediately adjacent to Exit # 138 of the Garden State Parkway, January through November. Doors open at 6:45 PM. The business meeting starts at 7:15 PM. The first 30 minutes is housekeeping time for discussion of deals, new laws/ordinances being proposed, announcements, auctions, etc. The meeting program kicks of about 7:45 PM to 8:00 PM. Our December meeting is our Christmas get together and mixed social contact, small table conversation, food, soft beverages and prizes. MREIA encourages member to bring a significant other/guest so that these important people in our lives can meet people with whom we may partner with, buy and sell from or simply spend time on the phone conversing with them between meeting dates.

Membership Info

MREIA business meetings are open to all. Visitors pay $ 20 as a visitors fee, which can be applied to our annual membership of $ 125 for a twelve month period within two (2) weeks of attendance. Membership entitles members to attend all monthly meetings and our Christmas meeting free of charge. Additionally, members receive eleven copies of METRO, our monthly newsletter. And there are money saving benefits exclusive to MREIA, such as discounts on SEARS appliances (Kenmore, Encore and KitchenAid brands), TOP appliance stores, Palermo Plumbing Supply and Palisades Lumber and the best heating oil prices available. And we're working on providing additional savings.
