The Norwich Property Owners Association (N.P.O.A.) is a coalition of responsible Norwich Property Owners who have united to create fair and
effective housing laws and promote safe, clean,
affordable housing. The N.P.O.A. believes that this will in turn benefit the City of Norwich, Property Owners and their Tenants.
NPOA distributes information intended to educate and inform property owners about
evictions, lead issues, laws and legislation, municipal policies, leases, rental paperwork, loans, grants and tax issues.
NPOA creates a forum for Property Owners to network with
each other. This encourages an honest communication and exchange of ideas and information between responsible property owners helping to ensure more efficient and profitable property management.
membership gives this association a voice with businesses, contractors, the City of Norwich and the Connecticut State Legislature.
