VRPOA Mission Statement

   To organize and work for the purpose of advancing the needs and concerns of rental property owners and managers including but not limited to legislative enactments, building codes, and tenant relations.  To be a fair and reasonable advocate voice for rental property owners in Vermont.

• Code of Ethics that will assure members and the public that we are sincere in our efforts to deal fairly with all issues that impact rental property owners
• Education course available for property owners

To join VRPOA, you must be an active landlord and own rental property, or be an active manager.  The cost is $50.00/year.  Our group serves landlords in the entire state of Vermont.
